Our returns policy lasts 7 days and is only eligible for wrongly delivered items. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please note that we do not offer refund, and will only exchange for the correct ordered items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event of exchanging, you will need to ensure that the returning products are available for our driver to pickup. We will not accept exchanges without collecting back the wrongly delivered items.
